Return & Replacement Policy

I want you to feel safe when you order from me, so here’s everything you need to know in the simplest way possible.

First things first

All printed books from my store are made one by one through my printing partner (Lulu Direct).
Because of this, I can’t accept returns if you simply change your mind or decide you don’t want the book anymore.

I know that’s not the cutest policy ever, but it keeps everything honest and running smoothly.

 

If your book arrives damaged

 

No stress, I will replace it.

If your book comes with:

  • bent or damaged corners

  • missing pages

  • printing mistakes

  • wrong book

  • anything that looks “off”

 

Just send me an email and a photo of the problem.

I’ll order you a new copy for free.

If your package gets lost

If tracking says “delivered” but nothing arrived, or if your package is stuck for too long, message me.

I’ll check with the printing/shipping partner and help sort it out.
 

You won’t be left alone with shipping issues, ever.

Wrong address

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect, the printer can’t resend the book for free.
In that case, a new order would need to be placed.​

(Just double-check your details at checkout so this never happens.)

Replacement timing

Once I submit a replacement, printing usually takes 3–5 business days, plus the shipping time to your country.
